Problem is, as a manager, you need to be ruthless at times, but understanding and calm to your players at the same time. Fergie could pull this off perfectly, to the extent that players who knew him well, like Giggs or Scholes, actually FEARED him at times. His anger was just that awesome. Ole doesn't have this critical thinking, he doesn't crticise players in public and actually hesitates to do so...because its just not his personality. He fails to inspire the players through not just fear, but respect too. At the moment Ole just hasn't got the experience or earned the respect of the players enough to control them acordingly.
